PowerCaller is a business calling tool. A sales operator loads a list of business contacts and the app dials them one at a time so the operator can speak to each one. This policy explains what the app reads, what leaves the device, and what is kept.

Two different groups of people appear in PowerCaller, and they are treated differently:
Where PowerCaller is deployed for a customer organisation, that organisation chooses the calling list and is the controller of it. PEROMA acts as its processor for that list.

PowerCaller talks to one server only: the PowerCaller backend operated by the organisation that deployed it. It sends:
There is no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no third-party tracker in this app. Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with advertisers. Call log and contacts data is used only for the dialler functions described above and is never transmitted for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
When a calling list is uploaded — as a CSV file, a spreadsheet, or a shared Google Sheet link — the PowerCaller server keeps a copy of what was uploaded, together with the rows it parsed from it. This is a deliberate operational backup: it lets the operating organisation reconstruct exactly which list was loaded, when, and by whom, and recover a campaign that was imported wrongly.
These backups are held on the operating organisation's own server. They are not shared with any third party.
PowerCaller does not record call audio. There is no recording feature.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may object to being contacted. Write to [email protected]. If a business was called by PowerCaller and does not wish to be called again, tell us and the number is added to the do-not-call list, which is enforced before every dial.
You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
PowerCaller is a workplace tool for business calling. It is not directed at children and has no content intended for them.
Credentials on the handset are held in Android Keystore-backed storage. Traffic to the server is HTTPS only. Access to the server API requires a token.
