PowerCaller has no user accounts. There is nothing to sign in to and nothing to close. If your phone number or business details were held by PowerCaller, you can ask for them to be deleted, and this page tells you how.
To request deletion, email [email protected]
with the subject PowerCaller deletion request.
Include the phone number or business name you want removed. That is the only detail needed to find the record. We reply within 30 days, as the GDPR requires.
If you asked not to be called again, your number stays on the do-not-call list. That entry is what stops you being called, so deleting it would cause the opposite of what you asked for. It is stored on its own and is used for nothing else. If you want that entry removed too, say so explicitly in your email and we will remove it.
Anything stored locally on an operator's phone is removed when the app is uninstalled.
If you run PowerCaller yourself, your calling lists, call history and uploaded file backups live on your own server. Delete them there, or ask us and we will tell you exactly where they are.
