PowerCaller is a commercial business-to-business calling application for sales teams and call centres, published by PEROMA HUMAN RESOURCES SRL, Romania. It is offered to business customers generally: each customer is an isolated organisation that provisions its own operators and works its own contact lists. PowerCaller is licensed per organisation. Within a customer organisation, operator accounts are created by that organisation's administrator, because every campaign and every contact list belongs to an organisation. If your business does not yet use PowerCaller and would like to, write to the support address above and we will set up your organisation. If your organisation already uses it and you need credentials, contact your administrator.
Recording is off by default. When a recording is running, the app shows an obvious indicator and can be stopped at any time. Announcing a recording to the other party, and deciding whether recording is lawful for a given call, remains the responsibility of the operator and their organisation. Your administrator configures the disclosure text and whether consent must be captured before a recording can start.

PowerCaller este licentiat per organizatie. In cadrul unei organizatii client, conturile de operator sunt create de administratorul acelei organizatii, pentru ca fiecare campanie si fiecare lista de contacte apartine unei organizatii. Daca firma ta nu foloseste inca PowerCaller si doreste acest lucru, scrie la adresa de asistenta de mai sus si iti configuram organizatia. Daca organizatia ta il foloseste deja si ai nevoie de date de acces, contacteaza administratorul.
Inregistrarea este oprita implicit. Cand o inregistrare este activa, aplicatia afiseaza un indicator vizibil si poate fi oprita oricand. Anuntarea inregistrarii catre interlocutor si stabilirea legalitatii inregistrarii raman in responsabilitatea operatorului si a organizatiei sale. Administratorul configureaza textul anuntului si daca este obligatorie inregistrarea consimtamantului inainte de pornire.
